Writes to introduce Mrs Lucia Muholy, wife of German Communist MP Theodor Newbauer, imprisoned in very harsh conditions and in bad health in concentration camp near Papenburg, for giving evidence in favour of Tergler at Reichstag Fire Trial. If his life is to be saved he must at least be moved to hospital, if not released. Manchester Guardian has already taken up his case and Times should be persuaded to support him also; opinion of English press has considerable influence in Germany. Mrs Moholy needs help to meet influential people who will help her raise necessary funds and mobilise support, Large sum of money not necessary only expenses of perhaps 10 days visit to Germany.
