RECONVEYANCE of Bark storehouses with the timber yard and landing place fronting the Quay and situate on the Pothouse, Carmarthen, bounded on the east by the Saw Mills, on the south by the river Towy on the west by land owned by Earl Cawdor [lately used as a timber yard] and on the north by the Malthouse and storerooms underneath on the pothouse, also and bounded on reconveyed by this deed, the west by Pentre Ceryll, on the south by the barkstores,on the east by cottages formerly part of Sawmill Terrace and on the west by Earl Cawdor'S timbeyard. Recites mortgage for £ 1000 dated 11th July 1874.
