Scope and Content

Photocopy of typescript copy of a draft of a paper which, according to the introductory note, was prepared from a manuscript apparently typed by Sir Alexander Gray, formerly Professor of Political economy in the University of Edinburgh. The original manuscript was transmitted to the Scottish economic society by Professor Tom Johnston of Heriot Watt university and is in fact the text of a lecture first delivered in the London school of economics in 9 March 1951. Indtroductory note is initialled A.S. [Andrew Skinner] [S.d.]
