Minutes 1-334: The Traffic Advisory Committee membership - J P Thomas and A R Cooper (later V A M Robertson) London Passenger Transport Board; H L Wilkinson Great Western Railway; Ashton Davies London Midland & Scottish Railway; G F Thurston, London and North Eastern Railway; E C Cox, Southern Railway. Its remit concerned any matters relating to new works and improvements - traffic in North East London; establishment of water-buses on the Thames; Piccadilly Line development; station developments at Moorgate, Park Royal, Perivale, Elm Park, Ruislip Gardens, Queensbury, halt between Woodford and Chigwell (Roding Valley), and Monument; Central Area stations; rolling stock improvements, garages, bus undertakings acquisitions by London Passenger Transport Board; Chiswick Works alterations; safety of operation of railways (1942); and survey of passenger transport facilities within London Passenger Transport Area (1943).
