Scope and Content

Collections of original papers collected by John Bedford relating to the furnishing and decoration of estates and houses including Bryncemlyn, Hawk's Wick, 8 Upper Gower Street and 20 Cavendish Square with inventories, correspodence and wills. Also included is the Alnwick Cabinet Makers Archive which holds papers relating to James Russell and Son, their business together, and the dissolving of their partnership.
