Administrative / Biographical History

Charles Horrex (b.1911) graduated in chemistry in 1933, and received a M.Sc. in 1934 and Ph.D. in 1936. Horrex later taught at the University department of chemistry from 1942-1946, before moving to the University of Sheffield, and thereafter taught at the University of St Andrew's.
