The School of Accountancy (SOA) Ltd was a subsidiary of the Intertext Group Ltd operating in the UK and overseas. In 1982 along with ICS (Overseas) Ltd it became incorporated into one company as ICS Ltd as part of the Intertext Group Ltd corporate restructure.
