In 1960  A F Stoddard & Co Ltd built a new mill to expand its production capacity. The mill was operated through a subsidiary company, Glenvale Carpets Ltd, which was registered in 1963. In 1987, the company changed its name to  Bonded Development Ltd . The company was dissolved in 2006.
