UMIST Association Policy Committee

Minutes of the Policy Committee of the UMIST Association, established in 1987 as the successor to the MTA. The committee provided governance and oversight of the Association, and reported to Council; from 1988 to 1992, it was known as the Management Committee. The chairman was appointed by UMIST Council and the committee members were nominated by Council, Academic Board and the Association and its sections. Minutes and papers present for April 1987 to September 1999. Includes a separate folder for accounts, Alumni Office activity reports and Association constitutions. The post-1999 papers have not been located.
