Many of the records in this collection were originally deposited at the Bodleian Library by a churchwarden of Chadlington in 1982. Further deposits were made at Oxfordshire History Centre by Chadlington Parochial Church Council in December 1992 (accession 3546), May 1995 (accession 3965), July 2000 (accession 4771), and September 2008 (accession 5767).
