Sales catalogue of the Neath Abbey Estate, entitled "Particulars, plan and conditions of sale of the whole of the well-known Neath Abbey Estate, extending to about 2620 acres", for sale by auction 1946. The catalogue gives a list of all the farms, ground rents and lands up for sale, with details of annual rents, wayleaves etc. and area for each, then a detailed description of each lot, listing the rooms in each house, and giving the names of the leaseholders, terms of the lease and the annual rent. The catalogue includes a general plan giving the area to be sold, which includes land in the south of Coedffranc parish, to the south of Skewen, and between Neath Abbey, Dyffryn Clydach and Cadoxton, and between Cadoxton, Aberdulais and Mynydd March Hywel; also (loose) a detailed plan of the southern half of the area to be sold, namely south of Skewen. The plan of the northern section is missing. Also includes covering letter addressed to Bill Rogers, 1991.D/D Z 1071/3

Plan composed of Ordnance Survey 1:10560 (6":1 mile) maps annotated with the boundaries of the wards of Llwchwr Urban District Council. Includes a note to the effect that it is the map referred to in the order creating the Llwchwr Urban District in 1930. The wards are Dulais Ward, Tal-y-bont Ward, Brynlliw Ward, Llangyfelach Ward, Gorseinon Ward, Loughor Ward, Pont-y-brenin Ward and Gowerton Ward.D/D Z 1071/4
