Deed of Glyn Castle or Clun-y-castell, near ResolfenD/D Z 1147

Lease for 99 years or the life of the lessee, for a consideration of £120 and for an annual rent of 13s 4d at Michaelmas, and a couple of geese and a couple of capons every 1 January, suit of court and mill, and 10s in lieu of heriot upon the death of the tenant, from (i) Thomas Mansell of Briton Ferry, esq., to (ii) Daniell Morris of Briton Ferry, gent., of a house and lands called Glyn yr Castell [Glyn Castle or Clun-y-castell, near Resolfen] in the parish of Llantwit-juxta-Neath, along with liberty to fish in the River Neath, formerly in the occupation of Thomas Chalke, all timber trees 'likely to make timber'; all mines of 'coales, iron, tynne, lead, copper, brasse and iron' (sic) being reserved to (i).
