Nell Ballantyne was a Scottish stage, television and film actor working chiefly from 1943 - 1959. Originally a member of the Scottish National Players, her more prominent film roles include:
- Fortune Lane (1947)
- Bonnie Prince Charlie (1948)
- Rockets Galore (1957)
- The Bridal Path (1959)
She died on 19 February 1959 in Glasgow, Scotland
