Scope and Content

Address books and diaries belonging to Anthony Thwaite.

The three address books date from the early 1960s when Anthony Thwaite worked for the BBC.

The appointment diaries cover the years 1955 - 2013. The appointment diary for 1963 (a blue BBC diary) contains three inserts: an international certificate of vaccination against smallpox, an international certificate of vaccination/revaccination against yellow fever, and an international certificate of vaccination/revaccination against cholera. The certificates were issued to Thwaite in the 1970s.
