The series contains copies of the original collection inventory devised by Mrs. Leacroft. When the collection was acquired from its original source, its content was packed in envelopes, folders, boxes and rolls, with copies of lists attached to them. Each list contained identification codes for item level and descriptions, which included detailed information of documents. These lists were also packed in envelops and therefore became part of the collection. They are arranged as follows:
