Original artwork by Laurence Hutchins, comprising a complete suite of artwork for the book except for one illustration (p. 140) which is missing. Comprises 35 black and white line drawings on board, and includes full page illustrations and small 'spot' illustrations. All of the illustrations are titled with the relevant chapter numbers and, in most cases, with small extracts from the text of the book.
