The Applications Committee was a University committee which considered special cases relating to admission and examination of Technology students, such as exemption from entrance and intermediate examinations, requests to be excused particular parts of courses, course transfers and applications for admission to advanced degrees. The following are records of decisions of the Committee in regard to Faculty of Technology students only. In later years the Committee was mainly concerned with postgraduate applications, considering decisions of the Faculty's postgraduate committees. The minutes post-1963 include records of the Faculty's Postgraduate Panel which made recommendations to the Applications Committee
