Administrative / Biographical History
Penyrheol School, Gorseinon, West Glamorgan, was rebuilt following a fire in 1976. This necessitated the raising of loan sanctions by West Glamorgan County Council to cover the shortfall between insurance monies received and the cost of rebuilding.
