Scope and Content

Cuttings book of press material related to Anton Dolin's temporary blindness caused by brights lights during the filming of Piccadilly Revels in December 1926; his performances in a variety of shows including: charity matinees at His Majesty's Theatre on 22 December 1926 and the London Coliseum 24 October 1926; London Pride at the New Theatre 8 May 1927; Lady Celia Coates Matinee at Daly's Theatre 30 May 1927; as Oberon in A Midsummer Night's Dream at the Adelphi Theatre on 3 November 1927, the Sunshine Matinee; Bloomsbury Revels for the Foundling Hospital with Tamara Karsavina in June 1927; with Ninette de Valois at the Floral Hall, Devonshire Park, Eastbourne September 1926; with Vera Nemchinova at the Theatre Royal, Harrogate and Brighton Palace Pier November 1927; and The British Empire Union Ball.
