Scope and Content

Indenture tripartite, whereby William Nichols, rector of Cheadle, covenants for himself and his wife Katherine (formerly Katherine Tatton of Peel, widow) to convey these manors and their appurtenances to Edward Warren of Poynton, esq., and Thomas Brereton of the Inner Temple, London, gentleman, their heirs etc., within one year, at the cost of Robert Tatton of Wythenshawe, esq., as TW/1369 above.
