Letter from Edwin Norris, Secretary, to Lord Stanley to enclose a memorandum addressed to First Lord of Treasury. The good offices of Lord Stanley, as Vice Patron, are requested to help the Society, made difficult because of the limited means of Society, to 'pay a large outlay for house rents'.
