Scope and Content

"Dr Bake's film catalogue" (a transcript of Bake's original catalogue of his cine films); "Video Dubs of Bake Films" - a list of films used by Nazir Ali Jairazbhoy in "The Bake Restudy in India, 1938-1984 : The Preservation and Transformation of Performance in Tamilnadu, Kerala, and Karnataka : An Ethnographic Video Monograph" (1991).

Copies of lists in the possession of Professor Nazir Ali Jairazbhoy, supplied by him in 2006. The surviving original Bake films and later copies held in the SOAS Music Department were transferred to the British Library in 2007.
