Administrative / Biographical History
The specification was originally in the possession of Hubert Thomas and later donated to Cowbridge History Society. Hubert Thomas worked for Cowbridge Rural District Council mainly as Public Health Officer, apart from during World War II when he helped arrange repairs for council property after damage by air-raids. He also freelanced as a surveyor.
