Administrative / Biographical History

Dr Thomas Gruffydd (Tom) Davies MD FRCPsych DPM grew up in Blaendulais (Seven Sisters) and worked as a consultant psychiatrist in Swansea. After retiring he was appointed Honorary Research Fellow in the History of Medicine at the University of Wales College of Medicine, Cardiff. He has written many articles and books on the history of medicine, on local history and literature, in both Welsh and English.
