The papers of the Manchester Club, the successor body to the Manchester Reform Club, were donated separately to the John Rylands University Library and have been treated as a distinct subgroup. There are three classes: notices of annual general meetings and statements of account, 1972-1987 (EMC1); Manchester Club Publications, 1971-1979 (EMC2); and miscellaneous records, 1973-1974 (EMC3).

The records in this subgroup were donated to the John Rylands University Library of Manchester in May 1990 by Arthur Nall (President in 1973)
