Design sketches and patterns, mainly intended for the domestic market but contract designs for Robbins Brothers (New York), Standard Life (Liverpool), Peter Jones (London) and the Airport Hotel (Newcastle) are included. Some of the materials are attributable to James Templeton & Co Ltd and A F Stoddard & Co Ltd, the latter of which appear to have suffered slight water damage.
