Refers to a letter from Mr. Prichard to Rathbone stating that he may be turned out of the chair unless he is given support by Canon Glanogwen and Rev.E. Davies Llanchechyd (sic). Some difficulty which existed in the quarries has made him unpopular. Requests that his own part in this matter is not mentioned as he does not know all of the circumstances.
