Administrative / Biographical History
William Shearer was born in 1869 in Glasgow, Scotland . He started at the University of Glasgow in 1885 studying Chemistry, Natural Philosophy, Botany, Practical Botany and Senior Literature. He graduated MB ChB in 1898 and went onto a career as Doctor. He died in 1931 .
