Plans submitted for approval to Llandudno Urban District Council. The plans have been weeded and only plans of new buildings that were approved have been selected. Plans that were rejected, outline applications or plans for alterations and additions to or changes of use of existing buildings or for temporary structures, on the whole have not been retained.
Any supporting additional information that was recorded on the original envelope has been added, including the original reference number. The envelopes themselves have been discarded for preservation reasons.
N.B. Note that the preceding series of Building Control plans for Llandudno UDC were apparently destroyed at the county re-organisation of 1974. Some have survived as Mostyn Estate copies of the Estate's own submissions, and can be seen in CMostyn Plans held at Conwy Archive as microfilms and print-outs.
