(his s. and h.), both of Ynysygerwn, to Rowland Pytt sen. of Lydney (co. Glos.), ironmaster, and Thomas Lewis of Cadoxton-juxta-Neath, gent.: Lands at Ynysygerwn, Ynis y Gellen and Aberdulais; the Little House, formerly a tucking mill at Aberdulais; in Cadoxton-juxta-Neath. Includes rights to construct a mill for the manufacture of bar iron at Ynyslloi; to construct weirs across the river Neath and to divert water to the mill; to build works at Aberdulais for the manufacture of iron plates, taking water from the river Dulais; to dig for coal in any of the lands of John Llewelyn sen. and jun. in Cadoxton-juxta-Neath and Llantwit-juxta-Neath. 1751D/D Z 125/2

Includes right to tip coal and coal waste from adjoining coal workings at 1s per weigh, and mineral rights at 3s 6d per weigh of coal extracted. 1772D/D Z 125/9

George Venables Vernon of Briton Ferry to William Coles of Cadoxton-juxta-Neath, ironmaster, and John Myers of Common Street in the City of London, merchant: Iron furnace with associated land and buildings at Melincourt; Pellime Corn Mill; both in Llantwit-juxta-Neath. Includes right to store raw materials and waste on site and mineral rights at 1s 6d per 12 bushels of iron ore and 3s 6d per weigh of coal. Timber rights reserved. 1776D/D Z 125/10
