The minutes and agenda of APC meetings are contained in 16 reels of microfilm [8 reels containing film of 28 files, and 8 duplicate reels] and in 22 paper files. All the files were originally classified under the code AP/N. Each file contains APC minutes, agenda, and agenda papers, the latter of which usually consisted of: correspondence, letters, memoranda, papers, drafts of guidelines and standards, sub-committee and working party terms of reference, APC work programmes, and sub-committee and working party reports to APC.
