Selected patients' records, 1932-1950. The following have been catalogued by year of admission. The identities of individuals have been protected. If you are looking for a specific individual, please speak to the Archivist on Duty who will advise you on access restrictions. Proof of death (i.e. a death certificate) may be necessary to view an individual's record. A typical record includes the following information: name; occupation; sex; nationality; religion; civil state; residence; date of admission; age on admission; age at onset; age at first attack; diagnosis; next of kin; details of doctor; doctors notes; social worker notes; notice of death.
