Pre-registration title deeds of no. 3 Somerset Place, Mumbles, later renumbered as 452 Mumbles Road, Mumbles. The deeds include building lease of a piece of copyhold land adjoining a row of houses called Clements Row, from George Clement and Thomas Arnold Marten to Samuel Ace, dated 30 June 1860; mortgage from Mrs Margaret Ace to David Rosser dated 19 Apr. 1882; probate of will of David Rosser dated 1887; assignments of lease to Mrs Mary Roberts, 1906; to John Lewis, 1908; to E. O. Manger, 1909; to William John Penhale, 1922 and to Mrs Mary Jane Tucker, 1926; purchase of the freehold by Mary Jane Tucker, 1927; conveyance to Mrs Mary Davies, 1937; certificate of renumbering/renaming dated 18 Dec. 1935, and abstract of title dated 1989D/D Z 1131/1
