Agreement between:
i) Thomas Sone of Chappel Town gent. and wife Catherine (nee Goulton), and
ii) Charles Allan of Greenwich Hospital esq., and William Hotham of York haberdasher of hats
£1,200 being owing to Catherine Sone by her brother Christopher Goulton Esq., £1,000 of it shall be paid to Charles Allan and William Hotham to purchase lands to use of Thomas Sone for life, then to Catherine Sone for life, then to their children, etc. Witn. Nich. Suger, Thos. Johnson
