Administrative / Biographical History
Eastside Historical Society is a local history society based in St. Thomas dealing specifically with the history of the eastside of Swansea. The society invites speakers to attend on various occasions to discuss the local history of St Thomas as well as many other local areas. Talks and are usually accompanied by slides or films. The society's weekly meetings give members a chance to mix and discuss forthcoming events. New members are always welcome. Various historical trips are organised during the year. The society is based in St Thomas Primary and Community School, Grenfell Park Road, St Thomas.
