Administrative / Biographical History
The following items were found in a house on Hewson Street, Mount Pleasant, Swansea in 1970. The house had previously belonged to a Miss Daisy May Ackerman whose parents had owned the house before her. Miss Ackerman served in a bakery nearby, in Norfolk Street. Her father (Robert William Ackerman) was a coal merchant, delivering coal door to door.
