1099 colour and black and white 35mm slides (slide mount 2" x 2") created by Christoph von Fürer-Haimendorf, with a smaller number of slides by other photographers and commercial/governmental organisations. The slides relate largely to South Asia. However, there is some coverage of neighbouring areas, including the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
