Encloses a photograph of his portrait medallion of Oliver St. John Gogarty and compares it to Gogarty's portrait by Augustus John. Recalls the circumstances of Dublin in 1916 when Michael Collins posed for his portrait, later reproduced in the Dublin papers after his assassination
