Autograph letter from W.T. Parke to Mr Bell, dated 3 January 1826. Requests a copy of the book 'Musical Biography' for which he provided 'the article relating to himself for that work two years back.' Together with the biographical article written by Parke which ends with a note to the editor to 'curtail, correct, or do what he thinks best with this hasty sketch.' Addressed on reverse to Mr Sainsbury, 'for the compilers of the Biographical Dictionary of Musicians, Oct 16th 1823.'
