- Handwritten note to A J R titled "Ben Line Records" in thanks for a note and memo, dated 24 June 1988;
- 78 sheets of lined A4 paper with handwritten lists of records either "scrapped" or "retained" by the company. Most of the records are from the 1970s but a few as early as 1961. Several sheets have additional date in 1988 listed on the top. Records referred to are correspondence, telex messages and voyage accounts (including chartered ships).
