The collection includes a Leeds City Police moon chart, 'stranger danger' posters, children's training materials on the history of the police, service and character book for John Raisbeck, papers on the career of Francis Denham, copies of images relating to police officers and the history of crime and punishment, typescripts regarding the history of policing in York and handwritten notes on other aspects of police history.
