This collection comprises account books of Pesci Bros Fish and Chip Shop, Barking (7 April 1973-1 April 1995), recording the weekly takings, as well as expenditure on potatoes and fish, fat and other goods, fuel, wages, travel expenses, carriage, sundries and repairs, insurance, rent and rates.
