Pre-registration title deeds of properties in Swansea and the surrounding area 1860-1989. Each bundle typically includes a mixture of leases, assignments, mortgages, conveyances, wills, land search certificates and schedules of documents, as received back from the Land Registry on the first registration of title. Where possible, mention is made of the date of the building lease, including where it is not in the bundle but is referred to in other documents, because it gives an approximate date for the building of the house.
