This document was rescued from Cadoxton House when it was being cleared prior to demolition. Cadoxton House was formerly the residence of Evan Evans-Bevan, who purchased the Lordship of the Manor of Neath Ultra and Cilybebyll from Nathaniel Miers for £325000 in 1914.
