Administrative / Biographical History

Company was incorporated as Scottish Offshore Investors Limited to invest in energy related businesses world wide. Later incorporating as Scottish Offshore Investors PLC in 1981 and then as Scottish Offshore Investors Limited c1990s. Company became a wholly owned subsidiary of James Finlay Limited following which all investments liquidated before the Company was dissolved c2012.
