This collection of title deeds and miscellaneous papers comes from the firm of John O. Morgan, Pell Street, Swansea. The deeds were originally from the practice of D. Gethin Williams, solicitor of The Kingsway, Swansea, whose practice was taken over by John O. Morgan c1962. The main offices of John O. Morgan's practice was at Pontardawe. He died in 1967 and the Swansea premises closed shortly after. The deeds relate to scattered properties in Swansea and its neighbourhood.
