Administrative / Biographical History

The Fisherrow Brewery Ltd, (Duddingston Park South, Edinburgh) was built in an industrial unit in October 1999 and brewing began in November of that year for the grand opening later that month. David Murray (Chief Executive) set up the company with Iain Turnbull (Production and Distribution Director) and Karen Hetherington (Brewer and Director). Trading ceased in 2002, following the untimely death of chief executive David Murray. A website has been set up to document the contruction and products of the brewery and can be found here.
