Kenneth C Fraser was born in June 1943 and began attending the University of Glasgow in 1962 . He took several classes including those in History, French, Moral Philosophy, International Economics and Political Economy. He graduated BSc in 1964 and MA in 1966 . In the Genral Council Register he is described as a Librarian.
