Draft material for various stories and poems written by Ursula Moray Williams, both published and unpublished. Material includes draft manuscripts, all written in Williams' hand and many of them annotated by Williams and by her agents and editors; draft typescripts, many of them annotated by Williams and by her agents and editors; some proofs and lay-outs for printed books; and some photocopied illustrations relating to particular titles. The series has been divided into three sub-series - 'Published Books', 'Published Short Stories and Poems' and 'Unpublished Works' - and detailed information on the publication history of each title is given at file level. Unless otherwise stated, any annotations in Williams' hand are substantial and relate to alterations and revisions of the texts.
