Administrative / Biographical History

David Thomas Guy (1905-1976) was the secretary of the South Wales District of the Workers' Educational Association from 1938 until 1970. He was a student at Coleg Harlech and also one of its governors. He was a Sunday school teacher in the Welsh Congregational Chapel in Cathays, Cardiff.
